Dharamshala, 29 April (Hindustan Reporter). A meeting was organized at Paridhi Grih under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Omkar Sharma and ADGP Abhishek to review the security and other preparations for the visit of President Draupadi Murmu to Dharamshala on Monday.
In this regard, Additional Chief Secretary Omkar Sharma has given instructions to the district administration and all the officers to make all the preparations as per the prescribed protocol and asked them not to be negligent at any level. Along with this, ADGP Abhishek gave necessary guidelines regarding security arrangements and has also been asked to make concrete arrangements as per the rules.
Earlier, Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa informed about the preparations made by the district administration and also assured to ensure compliance of the instructions received from the government in letter and spirit. On this occasion, officials of Public Works Department, Jal Shakti Department, IPH Department including DIG Abhishek Dullar, SP Shalini Agnihotri, SDM Dharamshala, SDM Kangra and SDM Dehra were present. Before this, the committee discussed the preparations in detail with the central university administration.
