Islamabad: A High Court of Pakistan has made a sharp comment on the non-appearance of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakkar in the case of missing Baloch students. Islamabad High Court said that if acting Prime Minister Kakkar cannot fulfill his responsibilities then he should resign from the post.

High Court raised questions on absence
After this, the court also raised questions on the absence of Defense and Home Ministers. Justice Kiyani expressed concern over the non-recovery of missing persons without criminal records.
The High Court judge said that the purpose of summoning the Prime Minister was to ask why he failed to perform his duty. If the Prime Minister, Defense Minister and Home Minister and Secretary cannot perform their duties, they should resign from their posts.
