Khunti, April 27 (Hindustan Reporter) Monthly Lok Adalat and special Lok Adalat for cases related to Electricity and NI Act were organized under the chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge cum DALSA President Rasikes Kumar in the Behavioral Court complex, Khunti on Saturday.
A total of five benches were formed in Lok Adalat for disposal of various cases. In these, matters of civil and criminal court of conciliatory nature, NI Act and electricity related matters were presented. Dalsa Secretary Rajshree Aparna Kujur said that 46 cases pending in the court were disposed of through the above five benches of Lok Adalat and an amount of Rs 32 lakh 39 thousand 400 was settled.
23 electricity related cases and four NI Act cases were processed in the Special Lok Adalat. On this occasion, District Judge I Sanjay Kumar, District Judge II RK Mishra, District Judge III Prachi Mishra, Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoranjan Kumar, Dalsa Secretary Rajshree Aparna Kujur, SDJM Dinesh Bauri, Judicial Magistrate Tushar Anand, Permanent Lok Adalat Chairman KK Singh, Member Madhu Chanda Rajak, DLSA staff Avnish Bhardwaj and DLSA PLV Anju Kachhap, Naresh Kumar Mahato etc. were present.
