Nagda, 27 April (Hindustan Reporter). The Industrial Health and Safety Department has once again taken seriously the case of an accident that took place recently at the multinational German company Lanxess Industry in the industrial town Nagda of Ujjain district. Contract laborer Rakesh Yadav was injured in the accident. After investigation of this entire matter, the negligence of the industry manager came to light. After investigation, a show cause notice was issued on Saturday in the name of Director Balram Gauvind Khot, working at the company's head office in Mumbai. It has been clearly disclosed in this notice that the accident occurred due to negligence of the management and violation of safety rules in the factory. Clarification has been sought from the director within seven days. This show was issued from the divisional office of Health and Safety Department, Ujjain. The notice has disclosed that a criminal case has been filed in the court under two sections 7 A 2 (B) and 7 A 2 (C).

It may be noted that in the month of August last, negligence in safety measures in the same industry had come to light. Yusuf, son of Zameer Khan, a contract labourer, aged 40 years, was seriously injured after falling from a height of about 4 meters while working in a shed.
