Nalbari (Assam), 27 April (HIST). Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has said that after the two phases of voting held in Assam, it can be said with certainty that nine seats of BJP have been confirmed. Whereas, there is a contest on the 10th seat.
It is noteworthy that in Assam, elections have been held on 10 out of total 14 seats in the state in two phases. The Chief Minister was talking to journalists after campaigning for the third phase in Sarthebari on Saturday. The Chief Minister said that the elections going to be held on four seats in the state in the third phase will also yield good results in favor of BJP. He said that the people of Assam have expressed their support towards the BJP after seeing its work.
During this, he also gave direct answers to questions related to many local problems.
