Three arrested with country made pistol, sent to jail

Palamu, April 25 (Hindustan Reporter) Chainpur police station arrested three youths with a country-made pistol on Wednesday. They have been identified as Akhtar Ansari, Mumtaz Ansari and Vijay Kumar of Kharoh Tola of Semra. Everyone was sent to judicial custody on Thursday. This action was taken on the secret information received by SP Rishma Ramesan.

Chainpur police station in-charge Shriram Sharma said on Thursday that secret information was received that three criminals riding on a bike were roaming around in Kharoh Tola of Semra, planning to commit some criminal incident. When the senior officer was informed about the matter, a team was formed and action was taken at the said place, where three people riding on a bike were seen. Upon investigation of all three, a country-made pistol was recovered from one of them.
