Taking cognizance of the speeches of PM Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the Election Commission has issued a notice alleging violation of the election code of conduct. The Election Commission has sought answers from both the parties by 11 am on April 29. Both BJP and Congress parties had filed complaints against each other's leaders in the Election Commission. He was accused of spreading hatred among people and promoting separatism in the name of religion, caste, sect and language.
