Ranchi, 23 April (HS). Justice of Jharkhand High Court and Executive Chairman of Jharkhand Legal Service Authority (Jhalsa) Sujit Narayan Prasad has taken cognizance of the road accident that took place on Monday night near the Oxygen Park of Morabadi in the capital. He has instructed the District Legal Services Authority (DALSA) for proper treatment of the people injured in this accident.
After this, Dalsa Secretary Rakesh Ranjan and Ranchi Civil Court Judge Kamlesh Behera went to RIMS on Tuesday and met the injured and directed the RIMS management to provide better medical facilities to the injured.
It is noteworthy that five people were hit by a speeding car (SUV) near Oxygen Park in Morhabadi on Monday evening. In this incident, branch officer of Water Resources Department, Arun Kumar Singh had died while the condition of his wife Madhu Rani remains critical. The injured have been admitted to private hospitals including RIMS. The injured include Madhu Rani, Sarita Devi, Santosh Mitra and others.
