Ranchi, 23 April (HS). Under the aegis of Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat Art Cell, a Geeta recitation competition was organized at DAV Anand Swami Public School, Hehal, Ranchi on Tuesday. During this, the children read and discussed many verses and chapters of Geeta. All the students who participated in Geeta recitation were rewarded.
Ashutosh Dwivedi, convener of Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat Art Cell, said that the objective of the competition was to increase proper knowledge of Geeta among the children. He said that Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta is the summary and coordination of all the ancient yoga and knowledge of India. Geeta is actually the biggest and best scripture for character building. Geeta is the only method to reduce the increasing stress in life.
Principal of DAV Anand Swami Public School Roshi Wadhwani, youth coordinator of Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat Jharkhand Dr. Anil Kumar, social worker Shubham Chaudhary and others were present as the chief guests of the competition.
