Who is the King of Mumbai…what did Manoj Bajpayee actually say instead of this dialogue?

Manoj Bajpayee's Birthday: Today is the birthday of Manoj Bajpayee, one of the wonderful actors of Hindi cinema. So on his birthday, let us also remember his first film and his first dialogue which created a sensation at that time. That dialogue was…Mumbai ka King Kaun…Bhikhu Mhatre…then after this film everyone started saying this dialogue calling themselves Bhikhu Mhatre. Everyone started considering himself the king of Mumbai. Satya film changed Manoj Bajpayee's life. But the story behind this dialogue is also interesting.

'Satya' directed by Ram Gopal Varma was released on 3 July 1998. The dark story of gangsters has been shown on screen in the film, in which Manoj Bajpayee, JD Chakraborty, Saurabh Shukla and Urmila Matondkar have done a brilliant job. Manoj Bajpayee played the role of gangster Bhiku Mhatre, for which he won the National Award for Best Supporting Actor. Although every scene of the film was very memorable, but Manoj Bajpayee's dialogue 'Mumbai ka King Kaun…' stole the show.

There is an interesting incident related to the shooting of this famous dialogue of 'Satya'. Manoj Bajpayee was supposed to speak this dialogue while standing on a high rock, but the actor spoke a different line at the shooting location. According to media reports, the actor faced a lot of difficulty in shooting some scenes because he was afraid of heights. He had to speak a dialogue while standing at a high place, but due to fear of falling, he often forgot his dialogue.

Story behind the dialogues:
Manoj Bajpayee was again taken to the height, but due to strong winds he was again forgetting his dialogues. Ram Gopal Varma then asked Manoj to climb on the stone and say whatever came to his mind, which he would change during dubbing. Finally, Manoj Bajpayee climbed the rock and shouted, 'Get me down from here, get me down from here.' During dubbing, the original dialogue of 'Mumbai ka King Kaun…' was added in its place.

Life is full of struggle:
Manoj Bajpayee struggled a lot. He spent a lot of time in Mumbai living on the streets hungry. After this he got a chance to enter the film world. Manoj Bajpayee once used to wander from door to door in search of work and today he rules Bollywood. In such a time, while fulfilling the double responsibility, this artist honed his skills even in adverse times. Finally he got a chance to act in Ram Gopal Varma's film 'Daud'. And then his train derailed. Impressed by his acting, RGV cast him in 'Satya'. In which he played the character of Bhikhu Mhatre and he received a lot of appreciation.
