Gurugram, 22 April (HS). A team of 29 district education officers and program leaders from Bhutan reached Gurugram on Monday. The team that reached Vega Vidyalaya here was represented by Sarpanch Sundar Lal Yadav, convenor of BJP Kisan Morcha.
During this visit, the District Education Officers of Bhutan learned about the education system of Vega School. The principal and teachers of Vega School played an important role in improving the education system. The students of the school took the representatives on a tour of the school, in which the District Education Officers of Bhutan were informed about the education system of the school. Sarpanch Sunder Lal Yadav said that the education system should be such that it does not just give bookish knowledge to children but guides them to become self-reliant for the future. Now the time has passed when only degree was considered important.
Now technical knowledge is very important. Children should remain technically updated. Sarpanch Sundar Lal Yadav said that India's new education policy has been prepared. This policy is historical in itself. The cultural and spiritual heritage of our country has also been considered important in this education policy. He said that there should be an exchange of education systems around the world, so that children and teachers of each other country can know what is the difference between our education policy and that of foreign countries. Director of Vega School, Komal Sood said that it is always the endeavor of the school that every student taking education in its campus can become strong in every way through education.
