CID files charge sheet against five accused in cheating case

Ranchi, 22 April (HS). On Monday, the CID team has filed a charge sheet in the CID court against five accused in the case of fraud by taking documents from people in the name of getting loan from SBI bank and depositing the money in their bank account after getting the loan passed.

This charge sheet was filed against Kamal Kumar Singh, Mohammad Zameer Mian, Bittu Kumar Rajak, Mehul Kumar and Rahul Kumar. These accused, living in Ramgarh and Patratu areas, used to intimidate bank officials in the name of Pandey gang and get them to pass loans.

CID arrested him on December 16, 2023. On the basis of the complaint lodged in the CID police station, CID had registered a case of fraud on November 09, 2023. Most of the CCL employees living in Ramgarh and Patratu areas were the target of the accused. These accused, in the name of getting loans, used to take documents from people and take loans from SBI in their names and without their knowledge, after passing the loan, they used to transfer their money to their bank accounts.
