East Champaran, 22 April (HS). In Madhopur village of Kritpur Panchayat of Harsiddhi police station area in the district, in the light of the court order, the police on Sunday took possession of land owner Umesh Singh, resident of Gayaghat, on his 8 bigha nine katta land.
In fact, landowner Umesh Singh had filed a case in the court against Parvati Devi. In the light of which, the court declared Parvati Devi wrong and declared the land as true to Umesh Singh. After that, landowner Umesh Singh filed a suit in the court to get the possession. Filed, which was Israel Case No. 1/19 Umesh Singh vs. Parvati Devi.
After hearing the case, Sub Judge Areraj found Umesh Singh's contention to be true and after reinstatement of the Commissioner for interference, fixed the date of interference and informed the District Police Force Circle Officer Harsiddhi and Station Head Harsiddhi by letter. In the light of the information, on Sunday, under the leadership of reinstated Commissioner and Circle Officer Harsiddhi Kanaklata along with the District Police Force, land owner Umesh Singh was given possession of the land.
During this time, under the supervision of Abdul Kalam Ansari, Advocate Commissioner, Vinod Kumar Singh, 8 Bigha and 9 Kattha land of Umesh Singh, freed from the illegal encroachers and given possession, under the supervision of Nazir Mukesh Kumar Court Servant of Sub Judge Court Areraj, interference Before the capture, all the opposition groups were informed by giving notice.
Along with this, a notice was also sent from the court, but the opposition party alleged that we did not have any information to interfere, on which Commissioner Kanaklata said that you understand that you should go to the court because it is the order of the court, that you have done it illegally. The land owner's land has been encroached upon. He also said that legal action will be taken against those who raise objections or oppose the encroachment.
