Ranchi, 18 April (Hindus). For the successful organization of the Nyaya Ulgulan rally of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), a district level ground management committee has been formed in coordination with the political parties of the Indi alliance. 17 people have been included in the committee.
