The Government Women's College here and Rah Group Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for environmental protection, promoting Haryanvi culture and providing a better platform to players of various sports. In this regard, National Chairman of Rah Group Foundation, Naresh Selpad and Principal of Government Women's College, Hisar, Dr. Ramesh Arya signed the MoU.
During this, it was decided that on the basis of the project report of Green Dream Foundation, saplings would be planted on a total of 28 acres of land of the college with the help of more than 12 social organizations and social workers. In this, college students will be given the responsibility of taking care of one plant per student. Every girl student who takes care of the plants for three years will be honored by Rah Group Foundation.
National Vice Chairman of Rah Group Foundation, Suresh Goyal Krantikari, said on Thursday that on the basis of the project report of Green Dream Foundation under the aegis of both the organizations, more than 2200 different varieties of flowering, shady, fruitful and medicinal plants will be planted in the college premises. , in which more than two dozen social organizations and social workers of Hisar city will also cooperate. Apart from this, Haryanvi fashion show will be organized in Government Women's College to promote Haryanvi culture.
Principal of Government Women's College, Hisar, Dr. Ramesh Arya said that Rah Group Foundation will also honor students who have achieved special achievements in the field of sports along with the academic activities of the college. Before this, officials of both the organizations held a joint meeting and learned about each other in detail. During this time, it has also been decided that Rah Sanstha will make literature related to Haryanvi culture available to the students at half the price.
