Lohardaga, 17th April (Hindustan Reporter) Ram Navami was celebrated with full devotion and enthusiasm in the district. A huge crowd of devotees was seen in the temples since Wednesday morning. People remained engrossed in worship. The entire area was covered with saffron flag. The sound of Ram's name was being played everywhere.
A grand procession was taken out in the afternoon, in which many tableaux were displayed. The procession was welcomed everywhere. A large number of people including Rajya Sabha MP cum BJP candidate Sameer Oraon were present. Extensive security arrangements were made at the spot.
