Ram Lala Surya Tilak: Today the festival of Ram Navami is being celebrated with great pomp across the country. At 12.01 pm, Surya Tilak was applied on Ramlala's forehead using the technology developed by scientists. As soon as the first rays of the sun reached Ramlala's head, the atmosphere of the temple became devotional. Lord Rama was worshiped ritually and Mangal Bhajans were sung.

Today a wonderful sight is being seen in the Ram temple. Surya Tilak has been applied to Ramlala due to the confluence of faith and science. For the first time in the history of 500 years, Surya Tilak has been given to Shri Ram. Today, on this auspicious occasion, Ram temple has been specially decorated. Apart from this, a special costume of Ramlala has been prepared, which is yellow in colour. Khadi and handloom are used in this. Symbols of Vaishnav sect have been used in preparing these costumes. Apart from this, on the occasion of Ramnavmi, the doors of Ram temple were opened for the devotees at 3.30 in the morning and it is being said that devotees will be able to have darshan of Ramlala till 11 in the night.
Construction of passenger convenience center near Shri Ramjanmabhoomi entrance gate
To enable the devotees to have darshan easily, the system of VIP Darshan Pass, Mangala Aarti Pass, Shringaar Aarti Pass and Shayan Aarti Pass has been closed for four days. A passenger convenience center has been set up near the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi entrance opposite Birla Dharamshala below Sugriva Fort, where all facilities will be available. On this day, live telecast of all the programs taking place in Ram temple is being shown on about a hundred LED screens.
