Hisar, 16 April (Hissar). Bhavesh Khayaliya, a PLA resident of Hisar, has brought glory to his village and family by securing 46th rank in UPSC after his uncle and uncle, from the same family. He has achieved this feat in the second attempt. Earlier, Bhavesh brought pride to his family, village and region by securing 12th rank in HCS.
Bhavesh Khayaliya told that without taking coaching, he studied regularly for 15 to 16 hours while staying at home in Hisar and achieved success. Bhavesh Khayaliya's paternal uncle Dr. Yudhbir Singh Khayaliya, originally a resident of village Jhanwari in Tosham tehsil of Bhiwani, was selected HCS in 1983 and after that his uncle Rajesh Khayaliya was also selected HCS in 1999. After almost 24 years, Bhavesh Khayaliya has once again hoisted the flag of his family and village by getting selected in UPSC with 46th rank.
Bhavesh Khayaliya graduated from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Hyderabad) in 2020. Inspired by uncle Dr. Yudhbir Singh Khayalia and uncle Rajesh Khayalia, taking full advantage of the time during the Corona period, Bhavesh started preparations at home. Not only this, Bhavesh Khayaliya had also passed HCS with 12th rank, his dream and determination was to pass the UPSC exam with a good rank. In the first attempt he had secured 280th rank in the UPSC exam but was not satisfied with the result and in the second attempt he passed the UPSC exam with 46th rank.
Bhavesh Khayaliya's mother. Sushila Khayaliya is a teacher who had taken VRS, while her father Rajkumar Khayaliya retired as Principal from Government College, Siwani on November 30, 2022. Eldest uncle Satbir is retired Principal from Khayaliya Senior Secondary School. Tau Kuldeep actively participates in social work in Khayaliya village and has been the Sarpanch of the village. The villagers are busy congratulating each other on this achievement, while the family members are inundated with congratulations. Bhavesh Khayaliya said on Tuesday that success in the family started with uncle Dr. Yudhbir Singh and he has carried forward the same legacy. Bhavesh Khayaliya told that most of the people do not have their specific goal or plan, whereas it is very important. To achieve what we want in life, we must first decide in which direction we want to go.
