Hisar, 16 April (Hissar). In the recently concluded National Talent Hunt Boxing Championship at NBA Rohtak, boxer Shalu of Subhash Chandra Foundation Boxing Training Center village Adampur has brought glory to the entire Haryana by winning the gold medal in the 48 kg weight category. The foundation says that boxer Shalu will be honored at a special ceremony for this achievement.
At present, about 80 boys and girls are working hard morning and evening on behalf of the Foundation in the stadium of village Adampur under the supervision of the Foundation's coach Laxman Rawat to realize their dreams. Anil Kumar, team leader of the Foundation, said that many youth and children are receiving sports training in about 50 sports academies organized by Subhash Chandra Foundation in different blocks of Hisar district.
In all these academies, around 2500 children are being given sports training by the Foundation's coaches for free so that the children can showcase their talent at the international level and create a future for themselves and their families by staying away from drugs. This is the objective of Subhash Chandra Foundation that the coming youth society can achieve all the objectives of their life by remaining mentally and physically healthy.
