Newly appointed state minister Basant Soren will be given the room allotted to Champai Soren, who was a minister in Hemant Soren's government. Basant Soren is the State Building Construction Minister, Road Construction Minister and also the Minister of Water Resources Department. The Building Construction Department is refurbishing room number eight located at the ground level of the Project Building Secretariat.
