According to the order of the Deputy Commissioner, the Education Department has issued a helpline number and email ID to receive complaints of all private (non-government) schools opening their schools during gazetted holidays and private school operators not operating the transportation of students (buses etc.) as per the rules. have been done. If any school disregards the order, any parent can lodge their complaint on the helpline number and email ID.
