During the conduct of the session, Meenakshi Kirtane, Founder Director of Manas Sanstha, said that the effort of the workshop is to make the top leadership of the institute aware and active about various aspects of mental health at the personal level, in the context of students, and institutionally. He also said that the mentally healthy institute will create measures, initiatives, and opportunities for the welfare and guidance of its students. Meenakshi Keertane said that this would be possible only when our educational administrators are enriched with the necessary capabilities and skills.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain said that with changing times, teacher-student relations have also changed. As the society is changing, the needs and requirements of the students have also changed. In such a situation, we will also have to adapt ourselves to the concerns of the students and see what other methods we should adopt for their all-round development. Pro.
