Ramgarh, 12 April (HS). There is a possibility of interference by criminals in the Lok Sabha elections. But all the warrantees have to be arrested immediately. Ramgarh SDPO Parmeshwar Prasad gave this instruction in the crime review meeting on Friday. He said that all the pending cases in the police stations have to be completed as soon as possible.
At present the festival of Ram Navami and the Lok Sabha elections are very important. The police need to remain alert 24 hours during both these festivals. The police station in-charge should intensify patrolling in his area. Police presence should remain at intersections. Care has to be taken to ensure that law and order is not broken at any level. Along with this, people doing illegal business are also trying to be very active in the election race. Instructions were given to keep a check on illegal business related to coal, iron and sand in Ramgarh district. In the meeting, Ramgarh police station in-charge Ajay Kumar Sahu, Rajrappa police station in-charge Naveen Kumar Pandey, Traffic police station in-charge Rajat Kumar, Mandu police station in-charge Ranjit Kumar Yadav, Gola police station in-charge, Barlanga police station in-charge Anand Kumar, Kuju OP in-charge Digambar Pandey, West Bokaro OP in-charge, Mandu and Gola circle inspectors were present.
