Rameswar Cafe Blast Case: Big success for NIA in Rameswar Cafe blast case, two people including mastermind arrested

Rameswar Cafe Blast Case Update: NIA investigating the Rameshwar Cafe blast case has got a big success. NIA arrested two people from Kolkata on Friday. The accused who planted the IED in the cafe have been identified as Musavir Hussain Shajib and mastermind Abdul Matin Taha who planned and executed the blast.

An NIA spokesperson said, 'As part of efforts to trace and arrest the absconding accused, the NIA conducted search operations at 18 locations in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. Both the accused are residents of Shivamogga district of Karnataka. After committing the incident he went to Bengal.

Earlier, Muzammil Sharif was arrested on 26 March. Sharif was interrogated in police custody. On March 29, the agency announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for anyone providing information about all absconding Europeans.
