New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's troubles are showing no signs of diminishing. The Vigilance Department has exempted Kejriwal's personal secretary Vibhav Kumar from questioning several times in the product scam.
The Vigilance Directorate has dismissed the personal secretary of Arvind Kejriwal for alleged violation of rules at the time of appointment. Vibhav Kumar's services have been terminated with immediate effect. His appointment was allegedly made in violation of the Central Civil Services Rules relating to temporary appointments.
Bibhav Kumar had a charge of allegedly assaulting a government official in Noida in 2007, which was not disclosed at the time of his appointment. The Lieutenant Governor and BJP were fiercely attacked for this action. He accused Aam Aadmi Party of trying to topple Kejriwal's Delhi government.
