Your wish is not being fulfilled even after making a wish? Know the big reasons behind this

In our country associated with Sanatan Dharma, faith and traditions, whenever any big trouble comes in life or there is a special wish, people go to temples, pilgrimage sites or dargahs and make wishes. Some tie a coconut in front of God, some a thread, some observe a fast and some perform special rituals. But many times it is seen that even after all efforts, sincere prayers and repeated wishes, people’s wishes are not fulfilled. The person becomes disheartened and starts wondering whether God is not listening to his calls or whether there is something lacking in his worship. Astrology, Vaastu and spiritual experts believe that God does not ignore anyone’s prayers, but there may be flaws in our methods of praying, mental state, principles of karma and some unseen rules related to worship. Let us know in detail today what are the real reasons behind the vow not being fulfilled and what are its spiritual and astrological reasons.

Often when people go to the court of God, the basis of their prayers is only for the fulfillment of their selfish desires. It is said in the scriptures that vow does not mean making any kind of deal. Many people make a condition with God that “O God, please get this work done for me, then I will offer laddus with all my heart or distribute so many kilos of Prasad.” From a spiritual point of view it is considered inappropriate to make such a transaction or bargain with God. When behind your wishes there is only ego, excessive attachment or a feeling of causing harm to others instead of pure feelings, public welfare or dedication, then such wishes are never accepted. Apart from this, it is very important for the mind to be stable and pure while praying. If your mind is distracted and you are merely performing formalities without full devotion, your energy does not reach the universe.

The biggest pillar of Sanatan philosophy is ‘karma principle’. Many times people think that because they have made a big vow by going to the temple, the consequences of their wrong deeds in their past or present life should also change immediately. According to astrology and spiritual science, many events in our life are subject to our Prarabdha (accumulated karmas from previous lives) and destiny. If a person is not destined to achieve that thing or success at that time, then he cannot get it overnight just by making a wish. God gives us only that which is best and most beneficial for us. Many times we ask for such things which can prove to be harmful for us in the future, and God does not fulfill our wishes to save us from harm. This should not be understood as God’s rejection, but as His infinite grace which shows us the right direction.

The second major reason is that people make a wish, but when their wish is fulfilled or during the process, they forget some important rules. Suppose someone goes to a particular fast, ritual or place and makes a vow that after the completion of the work, he will come again for darshan or make a special donation, but as soon as the work is done, he forgets that thing. In the scriptures, it is said to be a debt or defect of vow, which creates obstacles in a person’s life later on. Apart from this, it is very important to have purity, correct chanting of mantras, and mental concentration in the worship. If you just follow the crowd and make a wish without any clear resolution, then it does not provide any special spiritual benefit. To fulfill your desires, the biggest solution is to have patience, unwavering faith and complete faith in your deeds.
