Essential Ingredients: Green onion – 4 cups or 1 bunch, Large onion – 1, Medium sized tomatoes – 3 or 4, Green chilli – 1 or 2, Garlic cloves – 4 to 5, Oil – 3 teaspoons, Mustard seeds – 1 spoon, curry leaves – 10 to 15, salt – as per taste, water as required
Take green leaves and wash them with clean water 2-3 times. – Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add green vegetables to it and cook on low flame until the leaves become soft. Then, let the greens cool.
– Now heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic cloves and fry them on low flame until the tomatoes become soft. At this time add 2-3 tablespoons water. – When it cools down, add boiled vegetables to it and grind it.
Then mix as per your choice and consume. This chutney helps in controlling blood sugar.
