Without wasting a moment, the cyber crime branch and intelligence agencies of the state started technical analysis of the source of this viral video to find out who is behind such anti-national and rumor spreading act. Initial digital footprints and IP address investigation made it clear that the incident shown in the video was completely fictitious and was maliciously created with the help of Artificial Intelligence software.
Joint action of police and cyber cell, accused youth arrested
Considering the seriousness of the case, a special cyber team was formed on the instructions of senior police officials, which laid a trap on the basis of technical evidence and finally arrested the accused youth. During interrogation, the accused admitted that he had shared this dangerous AI video on his Instagram account only to increase his followers on social media, to collect likes and comments. He had no idea that the law would investigate his action so strictly and he would have to go behind the bars. Police have also seized the mobile phone and electronic devices from the possession of the accused which were used to generate and upload this fake video.
