As per Commission rules, 10 minutes of dictation was given at the speed of 100 words per minute (wpm) for Grade ‘C’ and 80 words per minute (wpm) for Grade ‘D’. For unreserved categories, a maximum of 5% to 7% mistake percentage is allowed in the skill test, whereas for reserved categories this limit was set at 7% to 10%.
