
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, ranked among the top private universities in the country, has released the official schedule of its national level engineering entrance examination ‘Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering’ (AEEE 2027) to be conducted for admission to B.Tech courses. The University has also confirmed that the online registration window for B.Tech admission for the academic session 2027-28 november Will be opened in. AEEE 2027 exam will be conducted for the duration of 150 minutes (2.5 hours). A total of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be asked in the exam, which will be based on the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

Marking Scheme: For each correct answer the candidate 3 points will be given, while on wrong answer 1 point Negative marking will be done.

The medium of examination will be in English language only.
Admission to B.Tech seats in Amrita University is offered through two modes:

AEEE Score: Around 70% of the seats are filled through AEEE rank holders.

JEE Main Percentile: The remaining approximately 30% seats are allotted on the basis of top percentile score of JEE Main conducted by the National Testing Agency.
If students wish, they can apply in both the categories together, which increases their merit and scholarship chances.
