Mukesh Sahni scolded Tejashwi Yadav without naming him, politics of Bihar heated up

At present, a very sharp and sensational statement is coming out from the corridors of politics and political forums of Bihar, which has once again exposed the infighting and seat sharing going on within the opposition grand alliance. Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief and Mukesh Sahni, popularly known as ‘Son of Mallah’, has directly given an open challenge to the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and its top leadership without taking any name. Mukesh Sahni, in his sharp style, said that if he really has political courage, then he should show it by announcing that he will contest the upcoming elections on his own without any crutch, after which there has been an uproar in the political circles of Bihar. This ongoing rhetoric and dispute within the Grand Alliance has proved that everything is not going well regarding seat distribution and leadership before the upcoming elections, and this dispute may deepen further in the coming days.

For some time now, it has been seen in the political equations of Bihar that the lack of coordination and communication between the constituent parties of the Grand Alliance is continuously coming to the fore. Mukesh Sahni, who has been continuously trying to save the existence of his party and give edge to the politics of backward classes and Nishads in the last few assembly and Lok Sabha elections, is said to be very angry with the fact that the bigger party i.e. RJD is not giving the expected respect and seats to the smaller allies. Recently, the way Mukesh Sahni targeted Tejashwi Yadav or RJD strategists during a public program without naming them, it clearly shows that he is in no mood to tolerate the neglect of his party workers any longer. Political analysts believe that in coalition politics, when the time comes for seat bargaining, such rhetoric has been an old and tried method of creating pressure, so that one’s position can be strengthened in the bargaining.

On one hand, while the ruling NDA alliance is busy finalizing its strategy for the upcoming elections, on the other hand, such public statements within the opposition grand alliance are becoming a cause of concern for them. Mukesh Sahni knows very well that in the politics of Bihar, the Mallah and extremely backward vote bank has the ability to decide the victory or defeat on many seats, and on the basis of this power, he wants to do politics on his own terms instead of bowing down to RJD or other big parties. His statement that ‘show the courage to fight alone’ actually indicates that he is not going to be satisfied with the two-four seats he gets just at the beg of mercy, but he is demanding a strong and respectable share. If the big leaders of the Grand Alliance do not resolve this internal dispute in time, then the opposition unity may have to bear the direct loss, which can directly benefit the opposing camp.

Bihar politics has always been known for caste equations, maneuvers and sharp arrows of statements, and this latest statement of Mukesh Sahni is another hot loaf of bread in the same political oven. Till now, no official and sharp reaction has come from RJD or other senior leaders of Grand Alliance on this open challenge, due to which it is being estimated that at present they are avoiding giving importance to this matter. However, the round of internal meetings has intensified and efforts are being made to somehow convince the angry allies and prepare a common strategy so that the message of disunity is not sent across the electoral field. However, this attitude of Mukesh Sahni has proved that the political temperature of Bihar has reached its peak long before the elections and in the coming days, there will be conflict both inside and outside the alliance.
