Maidaan Movie: Mysore Court bans Ajay Devgan's film Maidaan, know what is the matter


Maidaan Movie: After a long wait, Ajay Devgan's film Maidan has been released in theatres. However, with the release of the film, it has also got embroiled in a new controversy. A writer from Karnataka has accused Amit Sharma directed film Maidaan of stealing the story. Not only this, this writer has also knocked on the door of Mysore court. Due to this, Mysore Court has banned Ajay Devgan's film until the controversy ends.

According to the information received in this regard, Anil Kumar, a writer from Mysore, has alleged that he has stolen the story of this film based on former Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. Anil Kumar tells that he started writing this story in the year 2010 and he also made a post in 2018. This post brought him in contact with ad director Sukhdas Suryavanshi. He called Anil Kumar to Mumbai and asked him to bring the script along. Anil Kumar also has the chat history of this conversation. Anil Kumar further said that the director had told him that he would arrange an interview with Aamir Khan but for some reason it did not go ahead. But he gave his story to this writer and got registered with the Screen Writers Association.

Anil Kumar further said that when he recently heard about the film Maidaan, he was surprised because it is his story. After listening to him in the teaser, he was convinced that this is his story but the film has been made with a slight twist. The matter has now reached Mysore High Court and the court has banned Ajay Devgan's film releasing on April 10.
