
Giving a big treat to lakhs of passengers traveling between Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat, Indian Railways has decided to start Ahmedabad-Bhagalpur Amrit Bharat Express (Train No. 19423/19424). The special train, earlier running between Ahmedabad and Patna, has now been extended to Silk City Bhagalpur and will be operated as a regular weekly service with modern and economical Amrit Bharat rakes. This new train will not only ease the travel of common passengers, migrants and businessmen, but will also provide direct and comfortable connectivity to thousands of students of Bihar studying in Kota.

According to the official time table released by the Railways, this train will run from both directions once a week:

Train No. 19423 (Ahmedabad to Bhagalpur): This train runs every Wednesday evening at 06:30 Will depart from Ahmedabad Junction. On the way via Ratlam, Kota (Thursday morning at 03:35 am), Prayagraj and Patna on Friday morning. at 06:40 Will reach Bhagalpur Junction.

Train No. 19424 (Bhagalpur to Ahmedabad): This train every Friday evening in the return direction at 04:45 Will leave from Bhagalpur. Kota and Sunday morning at 06:05 pm the next day at 05:25 Will reach Ahmedabad Junction.
