Global greetings on India’s 80th Independence Day, many countries including Israel, America and Nepal congratulated


Today India has completed 80 years of its glorious history and the whole country is celebrating this holy festival of 80th anniversary of its independence with great joy. On this special occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the tricolor from the ramparts of the historic Red Fort in the capital Delhi and took a new resolution while addressing the nation. On this national festival of the country, a festive atmosphere was seen not only in India but all over the world. Israeli President gave special congratulations, called India the most reliable partner

At the international level, Israeli President Isaac Herzog congratulated the country’s President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and all the citizens of India on Independence Day through social media. He wrote in his message that on behalf of the State of Israel, he wishes the people of India on their 80th Independence Day and hopes that this unbreakable and beautiful friendship between India and Israel will continue to grow stronger in the times to come. It is noteworthy that during the 21st century, the strategic and diplomatic relations between the two countries have reached great heights and at present Israel is counted among India’s most trusted and close allies.

Nepal’s Prime Minister Balendra Shah shared historical and cultural ties

Prime Minister of neighboring country Nepal Balendra Shah also sent his greetings on this special occasion of India’s 80th Independence Day. In the official message issued by the Nepali PM Office, congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the friendly people of India, the centuries-old historical relations between the two countries were specifically mentioned. The message emphasized that the historical and cultural ties between India and Nepal and the strong bond of mutual understanding between the citizens of the two countries will continue to grow stronger for many years to come and mutual cooperation between the two governments will continue.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio praised the strong relations between India and America

On behalf of the United States, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio extended his greetings to the countrymen and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 80th anniversary of India’s independence. In his congratulatory message, he said that on behalf of the people of America, he congratulates all Indians on Independence Day.
