Lohardaga, 9 April (Hindus). On the occasion of Hindu New Year in the district, a grand procession was organized by Jai Shri Ram Committee from Lalit Narayan Stadium in the urban area on Tuesday. Mainly Hindu leader Bhairav Singh participated in this procession. Hundreds of people from different blocks of the district participated in this procession.
On the occasion of Hindu New Year, a procession was taken out and the city was visited, in which the entire city echoed with the chants of Jai Shri Ram. The Shobha Yatra started from Lalit Narayan Stadium in the urban area and passed through Barwatoli Chowk, Mission Chowk, Upper Bazaar, Bada Talab, Somwar Bazaar, Powerganj, Railway Siding, New Road and ended back at Lalit Narayan Stadium. After the Shobha Yatra, a grand Bhandara and Bhakti Jagran were also organised.
On the occasion, Hinduist leader Bhairav Singh joined the procession and said that the history of Hindu New Year has been there since ancient times and this is not just a New Year for India but for the whole world. New Year is celebrated with enthusiasm every year in Lohardaga. In this regard, a grand procession was organized by Jai Shri Ram Committee, in which a glimpse of Sanatan Dharma and the culture of Sanatan Dharma was visible. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the youth. This is a good initiative for Sanatan Dharma.
