Akhilesh Yadav’s big statement on Delhi protest: Told why the central government is not accepting the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan?

The issue of NEET paper leak and lathicharge during the students’ protest in the capital Delhi is gaining momentum. Many youth were injured in the police action and violence against students during the demonstration. The students were protesting demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and fixing accountability in paper leak cases. Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav has expressed deep displeasure over this entire incident and has made sharp verbal attacks on the government.

Akhilesh Yadav told why the government is not accepting resignation

Akhilesh Yadav has claimed that the BJP government cannot take resignation from Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan even if it wants to. Giving the main reason behind this, the SP chief said that if a minister resigns, many internal and big secrets of the government can be exposed. He alleged that this kind of pressure and fear is preventing the government from taking any strict action, which clearly shows that many layers are being hidden within the system.

Police action compared to Hitlerism

Strongly condemning the lathicharge and use of tear gas on students, Akhilesh Yadav compared it to Hitler’s reign. He said that the kind of inhuman treatment meted out to the youth coming from far away places was seen only during the dictatorship. This kind of barbarity cannot be accepted in a democracy, where youth are being beheaded and tortured.
