Lock Up 2 Eviction: Riteish Deshmukh made the biggest bet in ‘Lock Up 2’, this famous contestant got cleared in the mid-week eviction.

Netflix’s most popular, controversial and high-voltage drama-filled reality show ‘Lockup Season 2’ took a shocking turn this week, which shocked all the jail inmates. Usually, both the hosts of the show Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh conduct classes for prisoners during ‘Judgment Day’ on weekends. But this time the makers made the biggest upset by keeping all the rules of the jail aside.

Ritesh Deshmukh’s surprise entry in mid-week, created a stir

In the middle of the week, Bollywood star and host Ritesh Deshmukh suddenly entered the jail alone. The prisoners thought that as usual, some new task or activity was going to happen, but as soon as Ritesh arrived, he announced that today is ‘Judgment Day’ and today there will be eviction of not one but two contestants. This sudden order made the ground slip from under the feet of the contestants and the atmosphere of the jail completely changed.

Mathematics complicated in defender and controller task

This week, a very complex and mental task of ‘Defender and Controller’ was going on in the show, where all the contestants were divided into pairs. However, Akanksha Chaudhary was alone due to an old punishment and was the defender of the entire house. When Riteish Deshmukh called the controllers in, he was faced with a big dilemma of whether to secure his defenders or send him straight for eviction. The condition was that unless all five controllers agreed, no one could be safe.

Shivangi Joshi narrowly escaped after Shilpa Shinde’s insistence

At the beginning of the task, Varun (Laila) agreed to secure Harshad Chopra, Shreya Kalra to Ram Kapoor, Dheeraj Dhoopar to Sufi and Pamela agreed to secure Akanksha Chamola. But the real twist came when Shilpa Shinde, instead of saving her defender Shivangi Joshi, directly asked to ‘terminate’ her, i.e. make her homeless. Since everyone’s unanimity was necessary as per the condition, after much persuasion from the rest of the family, finally Shilpa also agreed to protect Shivangi.

Madhuri Grover’s journey ends with the show, Akanksha shifts to secret room

After this, the real blow fell on the three contestants present in the danger zone, Akanksha Chaudhary, Yogesh Rawat and Madhuri Grover (wife of famous businessman Ashneel Grover). In fact, due to Yogesh revealing his secret in the last task, his controller Madhuri Grover also directly entered the unsafe zone along with him. During the voting, the housemates saved Yogesh, but Madhuri Grover and Akanksha Choudhary came on the verge of being eliminated.

In the end, Ritesh Deshmukh gave both of them a chance to save one of them with mutual consent. On this, Madhuri Grover showed great heart and without any argument, left the show for Akanksha and decided to go out herself. After Madhuri’s eviction, the makers have shifted Akanksha Chaudhary to the secret room, due to which a new storm is sure to come in the jail.
