Hisar: Shri Ram Katha Mahotsav concluded at Bharat Mata Temple with Havan and Bhandara

Hisar, 8 April (Hissar). Late social worker at Bharat Mata Temple located in MC Colony. Ch. Fateh Chand, Late. Mata Harbans Kaur and Late. Havan and Atut Bhandara were organized on Monday, the last day of the seven-day Shri Ram Katha Mahotsav organized in the memory of Vijay Sharma.

During the musical Shri Ram Katha in the seven-day festival, Vrindavan's famous Katha Vyas Pandit Krishnasharan Shastri ji called for imbibing the character of Shri Ram by narrating an incident based on the personality of Shri Ram. He said that one should not fulfill one's duty just by listening to Shri Ram Katha but one should also try to implement it in one's life.

Anil Mahatta, guardian of Bharat Mata Temple, said that on the last day of the festival, in the morning, Acharya Santosh Shastri performed Havan-Yagya with full rituals and chanting of mantras. Atut Bhandara was organized in the afternoon. A large number of devotees from Hisar and surrounding areas participated in this Bhandara.

During this, Anju Mahata, Sunita Sharma, Lata Single, Manorama Gupta, Uma Rajgarhia, Madhu Bansal, Premlata, Santosh Pareek, Subhash Yadav, Acharya Santosh Shastri, Ramkishore Shukla, Indu Goyal, Praveen Arora, Bimla Kathuria, all the women of Bharat Mata Temple. The congregation and dignitaries from various fields were present. After Bhandara, the devotees worshiped Bharat Mata, Shri Ganga Mata, Shri Gau Mata as well as Shri Durga Mata, Shri Shyam Baba, Shri Radha-Krishna, Shri Ram Darbar, Shri Lakshmi Narayan, Shri Panchmukhi Hanuman and Shri Siddhivinayak Ganesh installed in the temple. Also had darshan of the idol.

Devotees were also seen bowing before the idols of Shri Shiv Parivar, Shri Sinduri Hanuman, Shri Santoshi Mata, Shri Shitala Mata and Shri Shani Maharaj established in the courtyard of the temple. Along with these, the murals of Saint Guru Nanak, Mahatma Buddha, Saint Mahavir, Saint Kabir, Saint Ravidas, Saint Valmiki, Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Lord Parshuram and Maharaj Agrasen in Bharat Mata Temple also remained the center of attraction for the devotees.
