Talking about her acting career and work pressure, Kriti Sanon said, “While working as an actor, I have very little responsibility, because at that time my entire focus is only on improving my performance. I have to do my work honestly and well as per the script. The biggest thing is that being an actor, the entire responsibility of the success or failure of the film does not depend on me alone.”
After ruling the screen for a long time, Kriti is now learning the nuances of film making and has accepted it as a big challenge.
It is not easy to become a producer, there is a lot of tension from idea to final edit.
Talking candidly about her journey as a producer and the hard work behind it, Kriti said, “When you become a producer, your responsibilities increase a lot. It starts with a small idea that you feel has the potential to become a great story. After that, from preparing the script, choosing the right star cast, to shooting, music composition and final video editing, you have to be deeply involved in every single stage of film making.”
Kriti further said, “After so much hard work, when the film finally releases in theaters or on OTT, there is a lot of nervousness and uneasiness in the heart about how the audience will react to it. But this work is much more satisfying than that of an actor, because you have contributed in every small and big part of the journey of film making.”
As Kriti Sanon strikes a perfect balance between acting and production, her new look clearly reflects her deep passion for cinema and meaningful storytelling.
