Gupt Navratri worship method and rules
The meaning of Gupt Navratri is to keep one’s sadhana secret, hence during this time the process of worship is kept as confidential as possible. Wake up early in the morning, after taking bath, wear clean clothes and install the Kalash at your place of worship. After establishing the Kalash, nine forms of Maa Durga and especially ten Mahavidyas are worshipped. If you are performing puja at home, reciting Durga Saptashati and chanting the mantras of the mother is extremely beneficial. It is considered mandatory to follow a completely sattvik diet and practice celibacy during the puja. Do not share your sadhana with anyone, because the power of Gupt Navratri lies in secrecy.
