At the behest of his fiancée Siya, the lover pushed Ketan into a ditch; a dreadful conspiracy was being hatched for 6 months; the horrific plot had been in the making for six months.

In the case of murder of real estate businessman Ketan Vishal Aggarwal, Pune Police has exposed a dreadful conspiracy which has shocked the entire state. Investigation has revealed that Ketan’s fiancee Siya Goyal, along with her lover Chetan Choudhary, had hatched a complete conspiracy to remove him from the way. This case turns out to be not just an accident, but a cold-blooded, premeditated murder.

CCTV proof of ‘death plan’ between fiancee and lover

Police investigation has revealed that Siya and Chetan had searched for methods of murder on the internet to commit the crime. A day before the incident, on June 17, the CCTV footage of the meeting of the two in a cafe in Pune has been obtained by the police, which is considered to be the ‘blueprint’ meeting of this entire murder case. During face-to-face interrogation, at first both of them tried to blame each other, but after strictness, Sia accepted that it was she who had hatched the conspiracy and Chetan was the main helper in it.

2000 times phone calls, 238 hours of conversation

The depth of the conspiracy can be gauged from the fact that Siya and Chetan were in constant touch with each other for the last 6 months. During this period, there were 2,004 phone calls between the two and they talked for about 238 hours. To destroy the evidence, Chetan had given his mobile phone to Neeraj Kumar, who worked at his shop, on the day of the incident and had gone to Lohagarh Fort with his phone, so that its location could not be known. Neeraj Kumar’s statement is now proving to be the most important link in this case.

Father’s scream and political agitation

Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal said emotionally, “The support of my old age has been taken away. If I did not want to get married, I would have ended the relationship, what was the need to take my life?” At the same time, accused Siya’s father also took a strict stand and said that if his daughter is guilty, then she should also get the same punishment as she did to Ketan. This high-profile murder case has now also taken a political color. NCP member Sunil Shelke raised the matter in Maharashtra Assembly, after which the Presiding Officer has given instructions to constitute an SIT to investigate the murder. At present, both the accused are in police custody for seven days and the police is trying to find out how their hatred became so deep that they took the life of an innocent person.
