Nature’s mood is about to change with the thunderous roar of clouds in the sky of Jharkhand, regarding which the Meteorological Department has issued a very shocking warning. Along with relief, news of disaster is also coming to the fore for the people of Jharkhand who are facing the scorching heat and humidity. Ranchi Center of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has expressed the possibility of a severe storm within the next 24 to 48 hours with the activation of Monsoon in the state. According to meteorologists, disaster is going to rain from the sky in 11 districts of the state, where winds will blow at a storm speed of 60 kilometers per hour, there will be torrential rains and along with this there is a strong possibility of heavy lightning.
Orange alert of heavy storm in these 11 districts including Ranchi and Bokaro
According to the latest bulletin issued by Meteorological Center Ranchi, the pace of monsoon is being seen most aggressive in the central and southern parts of Jharkhand. The department has issued a special alert for the capital Ranchi, Steel City Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur (East Singhbhum), West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Gumla, Khunti and Lohardaga districts. Dense dark clouds have covered all these 11 districts with the movement of clouds. In a few hours, heavy dust storm and heavy rains are going to start in these areas, due to which there will be a huge drop in the temperature, but due to the strong winds, the risk of life getting disrupted has also increased.
Stormy wind will blow at a speed of 60 km, administration is strict regarding thunderstorms
Scientists of the Meteorological Department have warned that the wind speed can be very dangerous during this seasonal change. These winds blowing at a speed of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour can damage weak houses, trees and electric poles. Along with this, the biggest danger is that of lightning. In Jharkhand, incidents of lightning increase significantly in the initial phase of monsoon. In view of this, the Disaster Management Department and local district administrations have issued guidelines. People have been appealed not to come out of their homes during bad weather and under no circumstances take shelter under big trees, electric poles or open spaces.
Big relief for farmers, but advisory issued for general public
On one hand, due to this monsoon rain, the faces of the farmers of Jharkhand have brightened up and they have started preparing for plowing the fields and sowing paddy, while on the other hand, problems of water logging and traffic jams may arise in urban areas. The Meteorological Department says that due to the low pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal, monsoon has become completely favorable in Jharkhand. There is a possibility of intermittent heavy to very heavy rain across the state for the next three to four days. The administration has advised people to stay in safe places, stop using electronic devices during lightning and avoid traveling.
