There was a stir in the administrative corridors of Bihar when the Deputy Chief Minister of the state and a strong leader, Samrat Chaudhary gave a very strict and big statement regarding the working style of the officers. During a high level program organized in Gaya, Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary gave an ultimatum to the officers in blunt words and said that now the officers will have to work at least 20 hours a day for the development of Bihar. Negligence will not be tolerated. From this historic platform, he opened a box of happiness for the people of Gaya and gifted a state-of-the-art Technology Center (MSME Technology Centre) to be built at a cost of Rs 200 crore. This step of the government has given rise to a new hope regarding employment and technology among the youth of the entire Magadh region.
Samrat Chaudhary’s strong attack and tough stance on bureaucracy During the review of development works of Gaya and the laying of foundation stone of new projects, the attitude of the Deputy Chief Minister appeared very aggressive towards the officials. He clearly said that Bihar can no longer move ahead at a slow pace. Public work should be completed within the time limit and officers should immediately give up the old habit of stalling files. Samrat Chaudhary said in a warning tone that the government will not shy away from taking very strict disciplinary action against those officers who do not have the mental and physical capacity to work for 20 hours or due to which the projects are getting delayed.
Gaya gets technology center worth Rs 200 crore, face of Magadha will change The biggest highlight of this tour was the mega technology center worth Rs 200 crore that Gaya got. With the establishment of this centre, thousands of youth from Gaya and surrounding districts will get world class technical training and new employment opportunities. Advanced courses related to modern machinery, robotics, artificial intelligence and tool making will be offered in this centre. Industrial experts believe that this project will prove to be a milestone in establishing Gaya as a new industrial and educational hub of Bihar. Local businessmen and MSME sector will also get a huge boost from this.
Youth will get bumper employment and migration will be curbed. Migration of youth has always been a big electoral and social issue in Bihar. On the occasion of laying the foundation stone of this technology centre, Samrat Chaudhary said that the main aim of our government is to provide employment to the skilled youth of Bihar in their own homes. This Rs 200 crore project will open employment opportunities for thousands of people directly and indirectly. The youth will no longer have to turn to metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai or Bengaluru to get technical education and placement in big companies, which will lead to a major improvement in the economic structure of Bihar.
Government’s master plan and local politics for the development of Gaya The government is now working on a special master plan to put Gaya ji, which is world famous as a religious and tourist city, on the industrial map. Samrat Chaudhary held a meeting with local public representatives and district administration and gave many important instructions regarding widening of roads, law and order situation and safety of tourists. Political pundits believe that this aggressive and progressive stance of Samrat Chaudhary is part of a larger strategy to streamline the administrative system and show work on the ground keeping in mind the upcoming elections.
