Big blow to bike buyers! Triumph’s 350cc motorcycles are going to become expensive from June 1, know the new prices

If you are also thinking of buying a new and powerful premium bike for yourself this summer season, then be fully prepared to loosen your pocket a little more. A news is coming regarding the new 350cc lineup of British motorcycle brand Triumph, which has created a stir in the Indian market with its speed and classic look, which can give a big shock to new buyers. According to media reports, the company is going to drastically increase the prices of its popular bikes from the first of next month i.e. June 1. This means that you have only 5 days left to bring home your favorite bike at a used and cheap price.

Vehicle prices may increase by ₹5,000 from June 1

‘Shaman Triumph’, a leading Mumbai-based dealership, has shared a hint on social media, according to which Triumph’s 350cc range of motorcycles may see a price increase of around ₹5,000 from June 1. However, auto experts say that no official approval has been given by the company on this price hike yet, but after this update from the dealership level, there is a stir in the market.

The company is going to change its strategy within just two months.

Let us tell you that last month i.e. in April 2026 itself, Triumph had made a big strategic change in the Indian market. The company had completely discontinued its very successful and powerful 400cc lineup and in its place launched new models with updated 350cc engines for Indian customers. Just two months after this big change, the news of increase in vehicle prices has come.

It is believed that this price hike will not be applicable equally on all models. The company’s most affordable i.e. entry-level budget model Speed T4 will see the least price impact, while premium and top-end models like Thruxton 400 and Scrambler 400XC may see the highest increase.

Why are the prices of bikes being increased?

In fact, the company had reduced the capacity of its engine from 400cc to 350cc to avail additional benefits of tax and GST slab under Indian rules. At that time, auto sector experts and customers had full hope that after the engine size became smaller, the prices of vehicles would reduce to a great extent.

But, instead of transferring the entire benefit of this tax saving into the pockets of the customers, the company largely maintained the old prices in the market. Now, after this new increase which is going to happen from the month of June, customers will have to pay almost the same price for this 350cc bike as they used to pay earlier for the original bike with more powerful 400cc engine.

What are the current ex-showroom prices of all the models?
