During a recent interview, Hirav mentioned the famous scene of the film in which he had to kill Sanjay Dutt (SP Aslam). He admitted that he was very scared before that shoot.
Sanjay Dutt’s aura and Hirav’s nervousness
Hirav Mehta told that Sanjay Dutt’s personality and his status in the film industry is so big that performing in front of him is a big challenge. Hirav plays an important role in ‘Dhurandhar 2’ and as per the demand of the story he had to shoot at SP Aslam (Sanjay Dutt’s character). According to Hirav, “It was my dream to work with Sanju sir, but when I came to know that I have to give him a shooting scene, I was scared. It was very difficult for me to point a gun in front of him.”
Sanju Baba encouraged: ‘Give your best’
When Sanjay Dutt noticed that Hirav was a little uneasy and nervous about the scene, he encouraged him like an elder brother. Hirav recalled that Sanju sir told him, “Son, don’t panic, this is just a character. You give your best and do as the director has asked.” This behavior of Sanjay Dutt made Hirav feel quite relaxed, after which he executed that intense scene very well.

‘Dhurandhar 2’ is a high-octane action film in which Sanjay Dutt will once again be seen in his old style. Along with him, emerging artists like Hirav Mehta are also leaving their mark in the film. Hirav told that Sanjay Dutt is not only a great actor on the set, but he also gives a lot of respect to the junior artists.
