What is ‘Access-Controlled’ Highway and its benefits?

Unlike normal roads, access-controlled highways are like a closed corridor.

Limited entry-exit: Vehicles can board or disembark on these only from designated entry and exit points. Direct entry is not allowed from anywhere in between.

Speed and Security: Since there is no sudden traffic or cattle in between, the speed of vehicles remains constant and the risk of accidents is minimized.

Fuel Saving: Due to less braking and signal-free vehicles, there is huge fuel savings.
