But after assuming power in 2017, CM Yogi Adityanath set aside this superstition. Jewar International Airport (Noida International Airport): This is the dream project of CM Yogi. Its first phase is going to start operating in 2026, which will place Noida in the list of the world’s largest aviation hubs.

Film City (International Film City): This state-of-the-art film city being built in Sector-21 on the banks of Yamuna Expressway is becoming a major source of employment for the artists of North India.

Data Center Hub: Noida has now become the ‘Data Center Capital’ of North India. Big global brands like Hiranandani Group and NTT have invested thousands of crores here.

Network of Connectivity: The extension of Aqua Line Metro, proposal of pod taxi to Jewar Airport and connectivity with Delhi-Mumbai Expressway have taken Noida’s real estate and logistics sector to new heights.

Industrial Investment (Samsung & Vivo): Due to the policies of CM Yogi, Samsung established its world’s largest mobile display factory in Noida. Today Noida is the ‘mobile manufacturing hub’ of the country.

3. Law and order and solution to the ‘builder-buyer’ crisis

During the tenure of CM Yogi, the image of Noida has changed from a ‘den of crime’ to a ‘safe investment destination’.

Commissionerate System: To strengthen law and order, Police Commissionerate system was implemented in Noida.

Stalled Projects: By implementing the recommendations of the Amitabh Kant Committee, CM Yogi accelerated the process of getting thousands of stranded buyers registered and taking possession of their houses.
