Following the order issued by the Ministry, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have been directed to stop access to these 5 platforms:

Why did this action happen? (major reason)
Violation of IT Rules 2021: These platforms did not follow the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Obscene content: Most of the web series and videos on these apps were showing only obscenity without any story or social message.
Ignoring warnings: According to government sources, these platforms were warned several times in the past, but they did not improve their content.
Digital strike under section 69A
