Material:
Hung curd – 1 kg
Carrot – 1/2 cup, grated
Fresh coriander – 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped
Cream Cheese – 2-3 tbsp (optional)
Green chilli – 2-3, finely chopped
Onion – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Capsicum – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger – finely chopped
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – as per taste
Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Bread – 7-8 slices

-Take hung curd in a big bowl. If there is too much water in the curd, filter it through a sieve or fine cloth.
– First of all, add capsicum, carrot, green chilli, fresh coriander, black salt, ginger, onion and salt as per taste to hung curd and mix well.
Take a chopping board, place bread slices on it and roll them with the help of a rolling pin.
– Now take some flour in a plate and add 2 tablespoons of water to it and make a thick paste. Do not dilute the paste too much.
– Take bread slices and moisten them a little with water. (Do not apply too much water).
– Place a tablespoon of the prepared mixture on each bread slice.
– Roll the bread and seal the edges of the roll by sticking it with the flour mixture. Make all the bread rolls in the same manner
– Heat oil in a pan. – When the oil is hot, fry the bread roll on low flame until it turns golden.
-Take out the fried curd rolls from the pan and place them on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
-Enjoy curd roll with chutney or curd dip.
