Ingredients to make Doodhi Cheela
- One bowl – curd cut into small pieces
- One cup semolina
- 2 bowls – rice flour
- 1 tbsp – Garlic, ginger and coriander paste
- Half cup curd
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- green chilli paste
- coriander leaves
- Cheese
- Oil
- tomato sauce
- salt to taste
How to make Doodhi Cheela
- – Take out the milky puree in a bowl.
- – Mix rice flour, semolina, curd, ginger paste, cumin powder, 1 tablespoon water and green chilli paste in it.
- Mix all these things well and keep it like this for 30 minutes.
- – Now keep the pan on gas.
- Pour the batter in the pan and spread it in the shape of cheela.
- – Now add grated cheese and green coriander.
- – Pour some oil on it and fry it from both sides.
- Milk cheela is ready.
- Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney.
